• Role: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Location: Appleton, WI 54915
• Start Date: 11/24-12/31
• Schedule:
• Mon/Tue: 6:30am 4:30pm, Wed/Thu: 9am 7pm, Fri: 8am 1pm

Requirements:

• Active WI license, BC, BLS, and DEA
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience, ages 2+

• Urgent Care Experience is a plus
• Patient Volume: Low 5 7 patients/day
• EMR: Epic

Compensation:

• Pay Rate discussed by phone
• 100% Malpractice Paid
• Paid Weekly
