TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Experience: 2+ years of MedSurg experience
Required Certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS.
Unit Information: 40 bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit. Avg daily census 28. Patient ratios on days and pm max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7
Charting Experience Required: EPIC preferred
Float Requirements: to alike units within skillset. Must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Scrub Colors: any professional-colored scrubs
