HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas. Join a collaborative therapy team providing high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services focused on restoring independence and improving quality of life for patients.

Assignment Details

Location: Wichita, KS
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Address activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, cognition, and safety

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centered care

• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with facility and payer guidelines

Requirements

• Active Kansas Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation services preferred

• BLS certification (AHA)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
