Position: Locum Tenens Urologist
Location: Appleton, WI
Work Schedule: Flexible; 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week
Call Schedule: 7am-7am (24-hour shifts), 7-day stretches available

Candidate Requirements:
- License: WI medical license preferred; IMLC providers considered (LOQ holders can obtain WI compact license in under a week)
- Board Certification: Preferred
- Credentialing/Privileging: No unique process beyond standard credentialing
- Admissions: Yes, as needed
- Procedures: General urology only; no additional specialty procedures required
Patient & Facility Details:
- Worksite: Appleton, WI
- Coverage Needs: Open to 2-3 providers filling the gap
- Patient Volume: 1-5 patients per day on average
- Robotic Surgery: Not typically used for emergent cases but available for scheduled procedures
