**What You’ll Do:**
As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in enhancing data-driven decision-making and operational transparency. You will work within a small, agile team that thrives on both collaborative and independent problem-solving, tackling ad hoc projects and managing core business intelligence functions. Your contributions will directly support leadership and internal stakeholders, providing clarity and actionable insights.
* Accelerate the delivery of key strategic initiatives by providing robust data analysis and reporting.

* Clean, blend, and automate complex datasets from multiple, unique sources using advanced ETL techniques.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, including end-to-end experience wrangling data and designing dashboards.
* Expertise in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
* Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL for data querying and management.
* Demonstrated experience with ETL techniques in tools such as Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx to clean, blend, and automate complex datasets.
* Proven ability to clean and blend large datasets from multiple, unique sources.
* A mix of technical developer skills and applied analytics skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance) is preferred. A Master’s degree is also preferred.
**Nice to Have Skills:**
* Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities applications.
* Experience presenting complex data and insights to leadership-level audiences.
