Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Night shift coverage on-call basis only
• On-call rotation as needed
• Work in 4 Cardiac Cath Lab rooms with 2 RN and 2 RT room mix
• Patient ratio of 2 RNs plus 2 RTs per patient during procedures
• Scrubs provided by hospital
• Work with GE and Philips equipment
• Use MacLab - Meditech EMR system
• Perform cardiac catheterizations, heart caths, and peripheral procedures
• Handle A-fib/Flutter SVT, VT and other cardiac interventions
• Participate in stroke and complex neuro interventions
• May float to recover cath lab patients
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, and current RN license
• Neuro and Electrophysiology experience preferred
• Strong teamwork skills essential
