Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Needed near Watton, WI (j-227538) Are you a motivated and qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) seeking a locum tenens opportunity to provide exceptional care in a dynamic outpatient and inpatient setting? We're seeking a qualified CRNA to join our team and ensure high-quality anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures during a short-term staffing need. What You'll Do: Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement safe and effective anesthesia plans for patients undergoing various surgical procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Administer a variety of anesthesia medications and monitor patients' vital signs throughout surgery and recovery. Provide education and support to patients and families before, during, and after surgery. Maintain meticulous documentation within the Meditech electronic medical record system. Qualifications: Active CRNA license in the state of Wisconsin (WI only). Current ACLS and PALS certifications. BLS certification (minimum). Minimum of 30 days for credentialing. Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive knowledge base in nurse anesthesia. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings a plus. Additional Information: Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing (assignment ends August 16, 2024) Coverage includes major holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, etc.) with a call schedule.
