Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg dayshift position requiring at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical experience and a MS or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital medical-surgical unit on Floor 5
- Provides care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
- Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- No local travelers allowed within a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Requests for time off must be less than 1 week
- Returning travelers must not have been permanent staff at CHS facilities within 2 years
- First-time travelers will be considered
Requirements
- Active MS or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg experience
- No certifications may expire within 30 days of start
- No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Candidates must not have worked as perm staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
