Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Cardiovascular Operating Room/CVOR experience - [REQUIRED] Candidates with an AZ driver's license will not be considered - [REQUIRED] Certification Requirements: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) Shift; Days 12x3 (6:30AM - 7:00PM) Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility.
