A Pediatrics Physician providing outpatient and occasional hospital care primarily for newborns and Level II NICU cases in a physician-owned multi-specialty medical practice. The role offers significant schedule autonomy, collaborative clinical work with peers, and support staff for EHR data entry to enhance patient care and reduce workload. - Full-time, permanent
- Successful, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical practice, the largest of its kind in the state.
- Primarily outpatient practice with weekly hospital call mostly involving well-newborns with a small percentage of Level II NICU cases.
- Pediatric admissions occur infrequently, averaging one patient per month or less.
- Pediatricians enjoy significant autonomy and flexibility when it comes to their schedule and practice. This is a major benefit which distinguishes this medical group from many other workplace models.
- Pediatricians enjoy a collegial working relationship and often rely on the expertise of one another when working challenging clinical cases.
- Pediatricians work with their own well-qualified support staff who will help enter clinical data into the EHR. This contributes greatly to improved clinical care and decreased physician workload.
- Option to precept University of Washington medical students. Compensation
- Base salary plus bonus incentive based on production and quality measure.
