We are hiring the best of the best full-time permanent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who are passionate about patient care and have an owner's mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience in an ambulatory surgery environment providing pre and post op patient care, vital sign monitoring, and anesthesia adjustments when needed. We are one of the fastest growing medical groups in the country and offer all of our CRNA's an ownership component in our medical group. We believe ownership leads to better patient care. We take the money healthcare organizations are poorly spending on hiring and retention and put that extra money in the pockets of our providers.
