Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a GM for fast-casual or a high-volume casual restaurant
- 5+ years of experience in fast-casual or high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Progressive management style: connect with your team members, listen to your team members, lead from the front as the first among equals
- Good financial abilities in managing COGs and labor
Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and management team of your location
- Manage and motivate the team: happy people make better food!
- Take ownership of the store including visual appeal and cleanliness: be accountable, the buck stops here!
