Schedule: Full-Time 7 on / 7 off
Shift Hours: 7 AM to 7 PM with flexibility
Annual Shifts: 182 shifts per year
Position Overview:
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking dedicated and team-oriented Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient team at our Waterman campus. This is a full-time employed position with a 7 on / 7 off schedule, working 7AM to 7 PM with flexibility , totaling 182 shifts annually.
Our hospitalist teams are well-supported, highly collegial, and committed to delivering whole-person care that reflects AdventHealth s mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.
Practice Highlights:
- Block schedule: 7 days on / 7 days of
- 12-hour shifts: 7 AM to 7 PM with flexibility
- Epic EMR
- Opportunities to pick up extra shifts if desired
- Strong specialist support and collaborative team environment
- No procedures required; optional if desired
- Support from APP's
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA license
- Team-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
