A leading non-profit regional health system is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist for a new outpatient wellness facility with flexible full-time or part-time schedules. The role involves providing 100% outpatient rheumatology care, optional inpatient consults, and managing a diverse range of complex cases with significant autonomy. Full-time and part-time schedule options are available to support your ideal work-life balance.
Position Highlights:Flexible work schedules:
2 5 days/week
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Or a Week-On/Week-Off model (Mon Thurs: 7am 7pm, Fri: 7am 5pm, Sat: 4 hours)
100% outpatient rheumatology care
Optional inpatient consults, supported by 24/7 in-house Hospitalist services
Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex cases
Autonomy over scheduling, patient volume, and practice operations
Supportive administration and leadership based locally in Findlay

Full range of medical and surgical subspecialties for support
Mentorship opportunities for both new grads and seasoned providers
$300,000 $350,000/year based on experience
