$330K+ salary, $40K sign-on, $30K retention and no after-hours call. Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist; permanent, full-time; Eastern Illinois (45 min from Champaign); clinic moving to renovated space near hospital; supports 16-bed inpatient adult unit; focus on therapy and med management; compensation includes RVU bonus, quality bonus, 33 days PTO, 5 days + $6K CME. - MD/DO with valid IL medical license or ability to obtain one - Board-certified/eligible in Psychiatry - Experience supervising APPs and managing high-acuity adult patients - Comfortable with outpatient therapy and medication management (non-addiction/Suboxone focus) - Willing to join clinic culture and transition into retiring psychiatrist’s role

Our current outpatient psychiatry practice is made up of one full time adult Psychiatrist, one full time child and adolescent psychiatrist and 3 full time adult psychiatry APPs. We are proactively seeking a replacement for the adult psychiatrist?s future retirement. She sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising physician for the APPs The clinic dynamic is wonderful among the providers and a good personality fit will be important to maintain. The clinic is slated to move to a newly renovated space 5 minutes from the hospital campus this summer. Offers a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission. We are not an addiction or Suboxone center and prefer to keep our focus on therapy and medication management. ? $330,000 + bonus based on RVU production ? $40,000 sign-on bonus ? $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3) ? Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary) ? 33 days of time off ? 5 days + $6,000 CME annually ? No after hours call
