Description:Hospital: Summit Medical Center Location: Address: 5655 Frist Blvd Hermitage, TN 37076 Unit Name: SICU/ MICU Building: Main Building Cost Center: 650, 653 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 24 beds Patient Ratios : 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1:2, 1:3 Type of equipment : SLEDD, EVD, ICU modalities Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Preferred schedule- self scheduling Floating policy: in rotation with all staff Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: ACLS, BLS, NIH Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: EVD Placement, central line, arterial line, etc. Certifications Required: NIH, BLS, ACLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs- black Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
