About the POSITION:

PMHNP needed for the Psych Team in La Grande, OR

Will provide a broad range of services including assessment, education, brief intervention, and longer-term therapy.

• Outpatient.
• The schedule is 4-10 s; four-day work week
• Would estimate 13-17 patients per day
• Share in clinic call with a sizeable group of providers

Will work with 2 MD's, 1 PMHNP, and several LCSW's.

• Crisis intervention within the Clinics
• Assessment and referral
• Patient Education
• Acute stress and symptom management
• Diagnosis, treatment, and management of Mental Health Conditions
• Psychiatric consultations and care coordination

About the COMP & BENEFITS:

Salaried Position

• Base plus quality incentives annually. Plus production incentive if achieved (wRVU s over threshold of 4,100).
