The Otolaryngology Physician role is a full-time position involving clinical work and surgery in a private practice setting with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation including profit-sharing and benefits. The physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing general and sub-specialty ENT care, supported by advanced diagnostic tools like vestibular testing, CT scanning, and hearing aid support. This position requires board certification or eligibility in otolaryngology, a Florida medical license, and offers a partnership track without buy-in.

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 4 1/2 Days per Week
- No Nights or Weekends
CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
COMPENSATION:
- $500,000+ Annual Compensation
- Base Salary + RVU Structure

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice is physician-owned and has been serving patients in Gainesville and the surrounding area for more than 20 years. They re excited to welcome a new otolaryngologist to their current team of 3 ENT physicians, 1 ENT physician assistant, 4 audiologists, and dedicated support staff.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Physicians typically work 3 1/2 days per week in the clinic, seeing an average of 25 patients per day. Surgeries are typically done 1 day per week, with hospital-based volume averaging 2 to 3 cases per day and outpatient surgery averaging 5 to 6 cases per day. This schedule and volume are negotiable, based upon physician preference.
The practice has a robust audiology department with:
- vestibular testing
- CT scanner
- hearing aid support
- and more
The practice utilizes the AllScripts EHR and has multiple ultrasound machines on-site.
On-call duties are phone triage only, minimal, and flexibly scheduled. Calls are for basic ENT only - no trauma.
This position has flexibility in terms of scope. The practice is happy to welcome a physician for general ENT work, but is also able to accommodate work in sub-speciality interests such as allergy, rhinology, otology, and/or head and neck surgery, if the new physician desires.
