Work-Life Balance with Predictable Call Schedule: Enjoy a predictable call schedule with night shifts from 5:00 pm to 7:00 am, covering a defined period from July 22nd to July 28th. This allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance outside of call hours. Supportive Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, surgical technicians, and other specialists, to deliver comprehensive care for your patients. Advanced Technology & Resources: Utilize the user-friendly Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system to enhance efficiency in documentation and communication. Streamlined Credentialing Process (for qualified candidates): We understand the importance of timely care and are happy to assist with facilitating temporary privileges for qualified applicants with a clean history (estimated timeframe of 30 days). Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in General Surgery is required. Fellowship training is not required for this specific opportunity. Active medical license in Arkansas (AR) only is mandatory. Current certification in ATLS is essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a general surgery setting is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
