Practice Overview- Collaborative team of 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 experienced NPs
- More than 200 primary care referrals feed into two well-established hospital clinics
- Balanced case mix: 50% hematology / 50% solid tumor
- Shared call rotation with low in-person volume for predictable, manageable workloads
Schedule- 4-day clinical week split between two nearby hospitals
- Consistent weekday hours with reliable patient flow
- Monthly admin time built in for documentation, planning, and program development
- Weekend call averages just 2-4 inpatient consults per day, mostly phone-based
Compensation & Benefits- Generous base salary plus RVU-based incentives
- Call stipend: $400/day
