Travel or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient Clinic located within an Independent Living Facility in Sherman Oaks, CA.

• $2050-$2000 net (after tax take home) per week.
• Local Travel Rates: $54-$59 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed, first-day health benefits.

Treat your patients on a 1:1 basis at our 5-star rated, luxury Independent living facility. We are seeking a Travel (PT) Physical Therapist or local contract Physical Therapist (PT) for our Outpatient Geriatric patient population. This is an active geriatric patient population. The Outpatient Clinic is located within the Independent Living Community in Salt Lake City, UT. Supporting Rehab Management and Administrative Team.
All patients are scheduled on a 1:1 basis. 1-hour evaluations, 1-hour treatments. Avg 7-8 patients per day. Hours: 8-430 M-F no evenings or weekends. 40 hours guaranteed.
The facility is quality of care driven and believes in providing its patients and clinicians with the ideal working environment. Qualifications:

• Determine appropriate PT, POC & D/C and make adjustments as necessary
• Master’s Degree, or higher, in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program
• Physical Therapy license, or Compact
