Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services including preventative, chronic, and acute care in south Atlanta, GA. The role involves patient assessment, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, with an emphasis on serving a diverse, including Spanish-speaking, population. Seeking a dedicated and compassionate BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our Spanish-speaking community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Foster a culturally sensitive environment to meet the needs of a diverse patient population, with a focus on Spanish-speaking individuals when applicable.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
• Culturally competent care delivery with sensitivity to the needs of Spanish-speaking patients.
