Requirements & Must Haves

• 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and full service bar environment
• Experience managing a bar and bartenders in an environment with a lively nightlife
• Experience with LBW and strong LBW knowledge, elevated cocktails, managing elite bartenders
• Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systems
• Hands on leader who manages with accountability and respect
• Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards

Responsibilities
