Block-time availability is preferred but willing to accept providers with sporadic availability - will be on an as-needed basis.ScheduleDay Shifts. Full day (5 hours or Longer) or Half Days (4 hours or less)As-Needed BasisNot a set schedule. Some providers work 9am " 5pm, 12pm " 4pm, 8am " 5pm, etc Clinical DetailsOne-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessmentsTravel to facility to complete exam or perform exam within own practice - within 50 miles All patients are VeteransNo prescribing, no treatmentDuties: Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions, DBQsTraining shall be provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report. End product is completion of standardized form(s).Record review and Follow-up administrative work will be required on a regular basis (Addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics)RequirementsMust be willing to get DMA Certified upon hireDMA certification available (can get CME credits) " will need to obtain once privileged if not already certifiedProficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions - RequiredActive COLicenseBoard Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 0-3 years of residency - Required Provider must have completed residency in the following specialties: Psychiatry Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Neurology Neurosurgery Previous compensation and pension evaluation experienceMust be willing to wear a mask during all visits - Required Must have own laptop/computerno Apple/Mac ProductsFamiliar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio " requiredActive and unrestricted full license - Required, provide license # at time of name clearMust live at address within 50 miles of site - CV needs current home address listedWill need a copy of ECFMG certificate if attended school in a different countryEMRClient Provider Portal
