WCS is seeking an experienced Compensation Associate for a full-time, direct-hire position at a leading medical center in Woodland Park, NJ. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and optimizing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting and analytics, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance system functionality and the overall user experience.
Job Function:
Collaborate with the Compensation Manager and Director of Total Rewards to improve compensation frameworks and policies.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.
Provide recommendations on salary structures, pay adjustments, and internal equity.
Analyze and resolve complex compensation issues in alignment with regulations and policies.
Maintain accurate compensation data, including job codes, position control numbers, and FLSA classifications.
Support key compensation processes, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and audits.
Handle ad-hoc compensation projects and assignments as needed by leadership.
