Required Skills: Proven expertise in pediatric surgical procedures and management Strong understanding of pediatric anatomy and pathology Excellent technical skills in surgical techniques and instrumentation Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary pediatric teams Effective communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues Ability to prioritize and handle complex cases with precision and care Nice to Have Skills: Experience with minimally invasive pediatric surgeries Knowledge of current pediatric surgical guidelines and best practices Certification in Pediatric Surgery or equivalent specialty training Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of a specialized residency in Pediatric Surgery Minimum of 3 years of post-residency surgical experience in a pediatric setting Other Requirements: State medical license in good standing Certification by the American Board of Surgery with subspecialty in Pediatric Surgery Ability to work flexible hours, including potential shifts on different days Willingness to participate in ongoing education and professional development Candidates may be required to travel for specialized cases or training when applicable This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in pediatric surgery within a supportive and innovative environment.
