ScheduleNight shift, 3x12 hours (18:45 - 07:15). Weekend coverage required every third weekend.
Job DescriptionSeeking a Rehab RN for a dynamic role in a Medical Surgical/Rehab unit. The position requires floating within the service line and between facilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide acute inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to adults and geriatrics.
- Manage patient care including blood glucose monitoring, feeding tube care, Foley catheter insertion/removal, and blood administration.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient rehabilitation.
- Conduct assessments and implement care plans tailored to patient diagnoses such as CVA, neurological disorders, and cancer.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.
- Certifications: ACLS and BCLS are required.
- Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
