Compensation:$450,000 $550,000 Base + Percentage of Net Collections

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a thriving, well-established practice in the East Bay area of Northern California. Dermatologist Expectations
Ability to practice medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
Comprehensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of skin conditions
Strong patient-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships by aligning patient needs with available services
Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide objective, first-level clinical determinations
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset (we truly value kind, collegial physicians)

$450,000 $550,000 guaranteed base salary

Minimum Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology
