Human Resources Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility
  • Experience supporting HR functions for 1,000+ employees
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Prior HR leadership in hospitality, restaurant, or automotive/auto sector
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
  • Proven project management skills and expert computer proficiency
  • Willingness to travel between NJ and NY locations
  • On-Site - NOT Work from Home, Hybrid or Remote

Human Resources Manager Preferred Background & Skills


  • Background in multi-site, multi-unit, or shift-based environments
  • Experience in high-volume, frontline-heavy operations
