We are seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialist with an active New York license to provide remote phone-only consults for high-risk obstetric and neonatal cases.
This is a consultative role supporting inpatient units, but all work is performed remotely with no direct patient care and no in-person responsibilities.

• Provide phone-based MFM consults for high-risk pregnancies and obstetric cases

• Support care teams with NICU-related or neonatal concerns

• Maintain 30-minute response time for all consult calls

• Collaborate with on-site physicians, nurses, and neonatal teams

• Help improve care outcomes for complex maternal and infant cases

• 12-hour shifts (daytime or nighttime)

• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

• Phone coverage only

• Average 1 call per day

• High-risk delivery involvement in roughly 1 out of 6 calls

• Monthly average:

  • 20 total consult calls

  • 7 NICU-related cases

• Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine

• Active New York medical license (IMLC welcome)

• Ability to communicate clearly and provide reliable recommendations over the phone

• Comfortable supporting high-risk deliveries remotely

• 100% remote phone-coverage role
