Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established and highly regarded gastroenterology practice

• Perform bread-and-butter gastroenterology procedures and clinical care, including 8-15 procedures per day in the Endoscopy Suite.
• See approximately 30 patients per day in the clinic.
• Manage light on-call duties, with the ability to take call from home. Rarely required to come in for emergent cases.
• Work in collaboration with experienced Nurse Practitioners and an established support team.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment, including Olympus scopes, esophageal manometry, Bravo pH, and Rapid Pillcam.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Provation Medical Documentation System (integrates with Olympus for easy coding and billing).

Practice Schedule:

• Clinical office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.
• Light call responsibilities, with rare emergent cases.

Equipment:

• 5 large endoscopy suites (formerly OR rooms).
• Olympus 190 adult and pediatric scopes.
• High-resolution esophageal manometry and Bravo pH testing.
• Rapid Pillcam for advanced diagnostics.
• New Provation Medical Documentation System for seamless patient management, order entry, and billing integration with Olympus systems.

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $730,000 annually with bonus potential.
• Bonus Structure: Earn 90% or more of the MGMA salary with additional bonuses.
• Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000.
