Experience Requirements- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience — no exceptions.
- Must include experience in either Neuro or Cardiovascular (CV) ICU.
- First-time travelers are accepted only if they meet the 3-year ICU experience requirement.
- Level 1 Trauma or Neuro ICU experience is preferred but not mandatory.
