Job Description

As a Critical Care RN, you will float to ICU/IMCU units as needed, providing care for a diverse range of critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular issues, COPD, DKA, stroke, and sepsis.

Responsibilities

• Care for a wide variety of critically ill patients.
• Float to different ICU/IMCU units as necessary.
• Provide exceptional nursing care based on established protocols and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications are required prior to starting.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with experience in large teaching facilities.
• Prior travel nursing experience is required.
• Experience with post-cardiac surgery, vascular, trauma (level 1), general surgery, and neurosurgery.
• EPIC experience within the last 2 years is mandatory.
• CCRN certification is preferred.
