Perform daily clinic consultations with new and existing patients, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey. Oversee the delivery of radiation therapy treatments by a team of therapists, ensuring accuracy and safety. Participate in tumor boards to discuss complex cases and develop individualized treatment strategies. Document medical records accurately and efficiently within the EPIC electronic medical record system. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology and participate in ongoing professional development activities. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Washington (WA) medical license or eligibility for licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is mandatory. Board certification in Radiation Oncology is mandatory. Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Brachytherapy) is preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical radiation oncology setting is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and a comprehensive knowledge base in radiation oncology.
