Facility Details/Requirements:
- Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.
- Call once per week or 1:6 on weekends - 100% supervision model
- Case mix: Bread and Butter, general, plus OB. Mostly covering main OR and endo.
- 16 ORs
- 30 days to credential
- Board Certification + Kentucky license required (we can assist with this)
