Our client in Marlborough MA, is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Assembler l to join their team.

Job Title: Electro/Mechanical Assembler l

• Location: Marlborough, MA
• Pay Range: $20 - 22.00 Hr - weekly pay 
• 1st Shift : 7 am - 3pm 

What’s the Job?

• Build, assemble, and test electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and system-level hardware.
• Perform in-process testing, complete Device History Records, and support reconditioned hardware as needed.
• Follow assembly procedures, test procedures, and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Maintain compliance with Hologic policies (QSR, ISO, EH&S) and participate in internal audits.
• Support packaging, training, workplace safety, and other manufacturing functions as required.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
• Proficiency with hand tools, basic mechanical inspection equipment, and electrical test equipment.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing compliance standards (QSR, ISO, EH&S).
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
