Northern Light Radiology Associates, a private, non PE backed radiology practice is actively recruiting Fellowship Trained, Board Certified/ Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to cover our Pittsburgh general area , PA hospital locations. We offer both Employment and Independent Contractor opportunities. If this is not a good fit for you, we would greatly appreciate an introduction - for each referral that results in hiring we offer up to $30,000.00 referral fee. Here are high level terms, these can be adjusted to fit individual physicians needs: Employment:

• $650,000.00 annual salary and benefits (401K with a match, healthcare, etc).
• Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM work-shifts.
• 40 Weeks On-Site
• 8 weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday), weekends are 100% Remote
• 12-weeks of PTO per year.
• Additional Productivity based compensation.
• CME Allowance.
• SUBSTANTIAL Sign-on bonus.
• No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit.
• No non-competes.
