NICU Advanced Practitioner in Philadelphia
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to neonatal patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the NICU under the supervision of physicians
- Assess, diagnose, and treat neonatal patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on neonatal care and treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
Qualifications:
- Active Advanced Practice Provider license in Pennsylvania (or willing to get)
- Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Physician Assistant
- Prior experience working in a NICU setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
