Machining Operator
We have a Direct Hire Opportunity with a leading manufacturer in Green Bay, WI. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Machining experience preferred - BUT not Required.
Job Title: Machine Operator - CNC
Location: Green Bay, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift; Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:00 am
What's the Job?
- Maintain and operate production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
- Measure and inspect parts for conformity and quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in machine operation
- Start or restart equipment following power outages or interruptions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Machining experience preferred - Willingness to learn and develop machining skills (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to operate machinery and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
