The Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner provides advanced clinical care in a busy Level III Trauma Center at MountainView Regional Medical Center, which serves a diverse community in Las Cruces. This role involves managing acute patient care in a 22-bed emergency department with significant physician and NP/PA support, using EMR systems to coordinate treatment. The position supports a high patient volume and collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to ensure rapid and effective emergency medical services.

•32,000 Annual ED Volume
•22 ED beds
•24 hours of Physician coverage
•20 hours of NP/PA coverage
•1.8 patient per hour
•EMR is MEDHOST EDIS
•25% admission rate
•Expedited credentialing
