CRNA Opportunity - Location: Machias, ME - Bangor 85m - Full-time, permanent positionCompensation & Incentives: $375,000 annual salary $75,000 sign-on bonus Position Overview: Seeking an experienced CRNA to deliver the full spectrum of anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings. This role includes working autonomously while collaborating with surgical and medical teams to ensure safe, effective anesthesia management during the perioperative period.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans (ASA Class I V) Deliver general and regional anesthesia for surgical, OB, and emergency cases Monitor, evaluate, and adjust anesthesia throughout procedures Manage airway and perform vascular access procedures Participate in newborn, pediatric, and adult resuscitation as needed Provide education to hospital staff and assist with equipment maintenance Serve as a clinical leader in emergent situations Attend required meetings, maintain documentation, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Requirements: Active and unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Maine Master s degree in Nurse Anesthesia (Doctorate preferred) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong leadership, autonomy, and clinical decision-making skills Minimum of 10 days of call per month Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and in a collaborative team environment Compliance & Quality: Participate in departmental and hospital-wide Quality Improvement programs Follow all compliance regulations and hospital safety protocols Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies
