We are looking for an energetic, organized, and punctual individual to oversee the visual appearance of our retail stores within our south Texas region, ensuring our customers are greeted with an inviting, professional atmosphere.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of store locations, ensuring the corporate image is upheld.
• Rotate and update displays, signage, and promotional materials to align with seasonal changes or inventory.
• Manage store inventory systems, ensuring proper stock levels and product organization.
• Assemble eye-catching displays using a variety of materials and tools.
• Address inventory discrepancies and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
• Assist in inventory audits and warranty/returns processes.

What you need:

• Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work on ladders when needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a 3-year clean driving record.
• Willingness to drive company vehicle between locations within the south Texas market.
