The Neonatology Nurse Practitioner provides specialized care to newborns in Level III NICUs, managing a daily patient census of 10-22 during 12 or 24-hour shifts. This permanent role in Portland, OR requires certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, neonatal fellowship completion, and active Oregon licensure. The position involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including RNs, APPs, OB hospitalists, and neonatal physicians, using the EPIC EMR system.
