Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neonatology physician to provide inpatient neonatal care in a Level III NICU (10 beds, avg daily census ~6.3) with 24-hour shift schedules and up to 16 shifts/month including 24-hour on-call coverage. Responsibilities focus on caring for neonates ≥28 weeks gestation with stabilization and transfer protocols for <28 weeks, working in an integrated NICU model supported by imaging, lab, pharmacy, and Epic EMR. Must be fellowship-trained in neonatology, hold an active Iowa license or participate in IMLC, and manage family-centered care in LDRP and dedicated NICU rooms as needed.
