The Clinical Nurse Emergency Department provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within a fast-paced Level I trauma and comprehensive emergency care setting. This role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and collaboration with an interprofessional team. The position requires nursing licensure and involves working night shifts in a highly dynamic hospital environment known for excellence in nursing and trauma services.
As an adult level 1 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and comprehensive cardiac center, we provide cutting edge emergency care for the St Louis region.

• the largest in Missouri, in a 52,000-square-foot facility
• total of 80 beds
• We have 6 separate care areas, including trauma/critical care and a dedicated behavioral health unit, allowing us to care for a wide variety of patients.
