Clinicians will work 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling options of 3 or 4 shifts per week, including variable night shift coverage as needed by the facility. The position operates under medical supervision within a care team model with no call obligations required. Board certification is mandatory for this role that emphasizes quality patient care delivery in a supportive community hospital environment with predictable scheduling patterns.
