Certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS ? Population: Neonates → Pediatrics (must have high-risk delivery experience) ? Systems: Epic (Required) ⚙️ Required Experience: – NICU experience – High-risk deliveries & surfactant administration – Umbilical blood gases – Draeger & Servo I ventilators – BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC, trach collar – ABG interpretation & Basic EKG ? Float: Yes — includes floating to Adult units if needed ? Scrubs: Hunter Green ? Weekends: Every Other ? RTO: Max 7 days ? Holidays: Expected to work per facility holiday rules ?
