Interventional Vascular RN/Rad Tech Position
Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleThis position will require 40 hours weekly, consisting of 5 eight-hour shifts. The role includes 8-9 nights of vascular call per four-week schedule, with typical call hours from 4 PM to 7 AM.
Job DescriptionThe Interventional Vascular team is seeking a dedicated RN or Rad Tech to join our department. You will be responsible for assisting physicians in a procedural setting, handling patient care, and ensuring proper documentation during various vascular interventions.
Responsibilities- Rad Techs will scrub in and assist physicians, maintaining sterile technique.
- RNs will circulate, sedate patients, and fulfill documentation requirements.
- Common procedures include TCAR, EVAR, EKOS, IVC filters, and peripheral angiography.
- One year of prior Cath Lab or Rad Tech experience is required.
- Required certifications include BLS and ACLS for RNs, AART certification for Rad Techs.
- EKOS experience preferred but not mandatory; training available.
