Supportive Team Collaboration: Partner with a Radiation Oncologist, registered nurses, nurse navigators, dosimetrists, a physicist, therapists, and clerical staff to deliver seamless care for your patients. Advanced Technology & Resources: Utilize the integrated Aria/Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system to enhance efficiency in documentation and communication. Streamlined Credentialing Process (for qualified candidates): We understand the importance of timely care and are happy to assist with facilitating temporary privileges for qualified applicants with a clean history (estimated timeframe of 30 days minimum). Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in Radiation Oncology is required. Fellowship training is preferred. Active medical license in Michigan (MI) only is mandatory. Current certification in ACLS is essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a Radiation Oncology setting is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
