Specialty accepted: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant
Start date: ASAP - Ongoing
Shifts requested: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Practice setting: Home Health
Patient load: 5 to 8 assessments per day (assessments last approximately 45-75 minutes)
Ages: Geriatrics
Procedures required: In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans, H&P evaluations, review medications/dosages, physical exams, blood pressure checks, finger sticks, etc.
Requirements: Must be willing to travel at least 75 miles to patient homes, proprietary EMR (Signify) experience (documentation done on iPad), minimum 3 consecutive days per week every week or 2 full weeks per month availability, credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days
Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $1,000 per referral.
